ACCREDITATION FOR INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
The European Accreditation Committee in CNS has designated this symposium for a maximum of 8.5 CME credits. Those interested in obtaining these CME credits will be required to fill in a special on-line CME rating form. Attendees requesting CME credit are required to complete the CME evaluation form on-line at the EACIC website www.eacic.org or www.adsymposia.org.
CME certificate will be delivered electronically upon receipt of the evaluation form. The deadline for the evaluation is August 31, 2009.
ACCREDITATION FOR DUTCH ATTENDEES
Nederlandse Vereniging voor Psychiatrie (NVvP):
In order to receive accreditation from the NVvP, you must complete the CME evaluation form online via www.eacic.org or www.adsymposia.org. A CME certificate will be delivered electronically upon receipt of the evaluation form. This certificate must be uploaded as a pdf file in your personal file in the GAIA database (under the tab “overige activiteiten”). The NVvP then accredits 9 points to your account.
Deadline August 31, 2009.
Federatie van Gezondheidszorgpsychologen (FGzP):
Members of FGzP need to apply individually for accreditation. Please report to the registration desk to obtain an application form.
Nederlandse Vereniging voor Psychologen (NIP):
NIP has appointed 10 accreditation points: 5.5 for 'treatment', 1 for 'diagnosis' and 3.5 for 'other'.
